Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
Bunny Corner is a platform of free tools. This page explains, plainly, what happens to your information when you use the site: what we collect, what we don't, and why. If a section doesn't apply to how the site works today, we say so rather than padding it out with boilerplate.
Who we are
Bunny Corner is the free tools platform at bunnycorner.com. If you have questions about this policy or want to know what information we hold about you, emailcontact@bunnycorner.com or use the contact page.
The short version
Every tool on Bunny Corner runs in your browser using JavaScript. When you type a value into a tool, it's processed on your device and the result is computed there too. Nothing you enter is sent to our servers, stored in a database, or seen by us. We don't have user accounts, we don't have a database of your inputs, and there's nothing to upload. Our tools only take typed input, never files.
Information you provide to us
The only way to voluntarily send us information is through the contact page or by emailing us directly. The contact form doesn't submit to a server we control: when you press "Send message," it opens your own email application with a pre-filled message addressed to contact@bunnycorner.com. We only receive what you choose to send from your own email account, the same as if you'd emailed us without visiting the site at all. We use that information, your name, email address, and message, to reply to you and, if it's a bug report or feature request, to improve the site.
Information our tools process
Whatever you type or select into a tool is handled entirely client-side, in your browser's memory. It's used to compute the result shown on screen and then discarded; it isn't transmitted anywhere, logged, or retained by us after you close or reload the page.
Automatically collected technical information
Like any website, requests to Bunny Corner pass through infrastructure that sees basic connection details: your IP address, browser and device type, the page requested, and the time of the request. This is standard web-server behavior, not something we've added analytics or tracking software to collect on top of. We don't currently run any analytics platform, so we don't build visit histories, user profiles, or behavioral records from this data. It exists at the infrastructure level for reasons like keeping the site running, diagnosing errors, and preventing abuse, and it isn't something we actively review per visitor.
Cookies and local storage
Bunny Corner does not set cookies. We don't use cookies for tracking, advertising, or "remembering" you across visits.
Some pages use your browser's local storage (a small amount of data your browser keeps on your own device) to remember lightweight preferences, such as tools you've marked as a favorite. This information never leaves your browser, is never transmitted to us, and can be cleared at any time through your browser's settings.
Analytics
We don't currently run any analytics service (no Google Analytics, Plausible, or similar) on Bunny Corner.
Advertising
Bunny Corner does not currently display advertising of any kind.
Third-party services and outbound links
Bunny Corner is built as a static site with no third-party scripts loaded on any page: no embedded widgets, chat tools, or external trackers. Fonts are self-hosted rather than pulled from Google Fonts or another font CDN, specifically so no font request leaks your visit to a third party.
Our methodology page and individual tool guides link out to primary sources, including university extension services, government agencies, manufacturer spec sheets, and standards bodies, so you can verify the figures we use. Visiting those links takes you to sites we don't control, governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.
How we use information
We use the limited information described above to respond to messages you send us, fix bugs you report, decide what to build next, and keep the site running securely. We don't use it to build advertising profiles, and we don't sell it.
How we share information
We don't sell, rent, or trade personal information. Because tool inputs never reach us and the contact form routes through your own email client, there's very little for us to share in the first place. We may disclose information if required to by law, or to protect the security of the site.
Data retention
We don't store tool inputs, so there's nothing to retain there. Emails you send us are kept for as long as is reasonably useful for replying to you and tracking bug reports or feature requests. We don't keep a formal retention schedule beyond ordinary email housekeeping, and you can ask us to delete a past message at any time.
Security
Bunny Corner is served over HTTPS. Because the site has no user accounts, no login system, and no database of user-submitted data, there's no password store or personal-data database that could be exposed in the way a typical account-based service could be. That said, no system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security for any information transmitted to us by email.
International visitors
Bunny Corner is accessible worldwide. If you're visiting from outside the country where our hosting infrastructure is located, your request is necessarily processed there. We don't transfer personal data to third parties as part of that process. See "Automatically collected technical information" above for what a request involves.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, or to object to how it's used. In practice, the only personal information we're likely to hold is whatever you've sent us by email through the contact page. Email us at contact@bunnycorner.com and we'll act on your request. You can also block cookies and clear local storage entirely through your browser, though as noted above, we don't set cookies to begin with.
Children's privacy
Bunny Corner isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
We'll update this page when what we actually do changes (for example, if we add analytics or turn on advertising) and update the "Last updated" date above. We'd encourage checking back occasionally, especially before relying on a specific claim in this policy.
